1. Zero tolerance for abuse
Koshur Studio has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, promote, or direct harassment, hate speech, threats, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, spam, self-harm encouragement, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights.
2. Agreement before sign-in
You must read and accept these terms before registering or signing in. By accepting, you agree to follow these rules and understand that violations may lead to immediate content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
3. Content filtering and moderation
Koshur Studio uses automated filters to reject known objectionable words and phrases when content is submitted. Automated systems cannot identify every violation, so reports are also reviewed by our moderation team.
4. Reporting objectionable content
On a post, open the three-dot menu and choose Report post. Select the reason and submit the report. Reports are confidential from the reported user. Koshur Studio reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and removes violating content and ejects the user who provided it.
5. Blocking abusive users
On a post, open the three-dot menu and choose Block user. That user's posts are removed from your feed immediately. Blocking also sends a safety report to Koshur Studio so the inappropriate content and account can be reviewed. Blocking does not notify the blocked user.
6. Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing it, you grant Koshur Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to anything you share.
7. Enforcement and account termination
We may restrict distribution, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts to protect users and enforce these terms. Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate permanent removal. We may preserve relevant records when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
8. Service availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change, experience outages, or be discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
9. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.
